This study, titled “Diversity, Representation, and Perception – A Multisectoral Census by Gestão Kairós 2022,” represents the realization of a dream that began in 2015 with the founding of the company.

In all projects, Gestão Kairós adheres to standards that precede legal updates, ensuring alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (LGPD) and safeguarding the anonymity and data protection of all respondents.

Between 2019 and 2022, over 26,000 respondents participated in our survey, ranging from staff to senior leadership positions (managers and above) across various sectors at an international level.

The report presents first-hand intersectional diversity data to support Boards of Directors, CEOs, Executives, and Professionals in strengthening and developing diversity and inclusion strategies.
